FREELANCER’S CAFE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Players are requested to bring their own equipment (controllers, micro usb/usb-c cables, headphones, etc)
• Xbox controllers will be available. All other controllers will need to be brought by the player.
• Wireless controllers are prohibited. Players must use a wired controller to compete.
• Team will be made up of two participants and an optional alternate. The alternate may only play if one of the team members cannot continue. Once an alternate is inserted into a match, the team member who was replaced can no longer resume play.
• Using any kind of device that has hacking, modifying behavior, cheating and/or programs that bugs and glitches the client to gain advantage are prohibited.
• Players are not allowed to be intoxicated under influence of alcohol and/or drugs during their playtime of the tournament. Players who appear intoxicated and/or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs during the tournament will be disqualified and asked to leave the event.
• Players that are younger than 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the tournament.
• Disrespect and Raging will not be tolerated.
• Mercy Rule - If a team scores 10 goals, the game will end immediately.

Failure to follow the rules will lead to disqualification and be asked to leave the event.

All sales are final, and Freelancers Cafe does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

The player may run into an intro cinematic of Rocket League as well as a tutorial if the account is a fresh account that hasn't been played on frequently. Recommended for the player to show up before the designated time.

Filming may occur for promotional purposes. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are consenting to be filmed for promotional purposes.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are acknowledging that there is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Freelancer's Café, sponsoring vendors, venue locations, or any of their affiliates, employees, tournament staff or volunteers liable for any illness or injury
